• No face masks or sale items will be accepted for return or exchange.
• All returns & exchanges must be approved.

• The policy lasts 30 days since the purchase date & the receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• If approved, please send the item(s) in original packaging to: Oscardo LP., 1145 Bellamy Rd N, Unit 14, Scarborough, ON M1H 1H5, Canada.
• All the returns are inspected, and refund or exchange is granted upon approval.
• For the credit card charges 5% additional fee may apply.
• The bank return takes 7-10 working days.
