Return/Exchange and Shipping Policies

Returns/Exchange Policy

  • No face masks or sale items will be accepted for return or exchange.
  • All returns & exchanges must be approved.
  • Please contact: info@oscardo.com for approval.
  • The policy lasts 30 days since the purchase date & the receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • If approved, please send the item(s) in original packaging to: Oscardo LP., 55 Durum Road, Unit #122,  Centreport, MB, R4B 0A6
  • All the returns are inspected, and refund or exchange is granted upon approval.
  • For the credit card charges 5% additional fee may apply.
  • The bank return takes 7-10 working days.

 

Shipping

  • The orders are shipped within 2-3 working days upon receiving.
  • Lost packages are refunded or replaced only for trackable shipments.
  • To be eligible for the refund you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • There is no warranty for deliveries by shipping companies (UPS & Canada Post) and the delivery time is only an estimate.

Shipping to the US

Please note that all products imported into the U.S. via Canada and originally manufactured in China may be subject to import duties, tariffs, customs brokerage, and processing fees in accordance with current U.S. import regulations. We kindly recommend reviewing the latest U.S. import policies to understand any potential charges that may apply to your order.
Additionally, please be advised that Oscardo does not accept returns or cover any additional charges associated with supplying products to the United States.
